Working within a brand new Casino which is opening in early 2009 you will required to build a rapport with customers, to greet and say farewell to all members; To know the names and identity of all major players and inform management of their presence in the Casino; To uphold the company dress code for members and guests; Signing in of members and guests following correct procedures; Signing in and checking the identity of all visitors to the Casino; Operate the casinos computer systems; Operate the microfiche membership system; Understand and operate the casinos telephone/ switchboard system; Answer all incoming calls and take messages as required and to process new membership applications.
